Hold Fast Co. is located on the THIRD FLOOR in Office #316 of the Henry Huang Building (2204 2nd St SW) at the Holy Cross Centre.
PLEASE TEXT 403 805 8991 WHEN YOU ARRIVE for your scheduled appointment. There is no reception area to wait in so please arrive to your scheduled appointment as close to the start time as possible and/or wait in your vehicle if this is an option. Your Therapist will text or meet you at the front door for your appointment. This building is locked to the public outside of regular business hours: MON - FRI 8am- 5pm, therefore your Therapist will come to open the main door and take you to your appointment.
